Admission

Parents can download our registration form online and then submit it in person at the school.

Please note that when submitting the registration form, parents need to bring:

• One recent photo of the child (1.5” x 2”)
• Original and copy of the birth certificate
• Original and copy of the vaccination record
• Two white long envelopes (please fill in the return address and affix appropriate stamps).
