Parents can download our registration form online and submit it in person to our school.
Parents please note that when submitting the registration form,you need to bring a recent photo of your child (1.5” x 2”).Original and copy of birth certificate, original and copy of pin card and two long white envelopes(please fill in the return address and affix appropriate stamps).
